GasGas Reviews: EC 250/300, FSE 450, Pampera

GAS GAS are introducing their 2008 motorbike range, with a more ‘racing’ character in all their models and with small touches in their frames to give shape to a series that manages to offer extremely light and efficient handling. The 2008 GAS GAS remain at the top, both in and outside competition.
The new 2008 GG range starts under the ‘Technology & Motion’ slogan. Everything is ready for the new series of the Trial, Enduro (2- and 4- stroke), Moto Cross, Supermotard, Pampera and Quad models to leave the factory in Salt, Gerona and feed the Spanish national market as well as the other 49 countries where the Catalan company operates, particularly France, Italy, Great Britain, Germany, the USA and the Northern European countries. There, shouldered by their huge sports success and the highly-valued quality of their products, GG has a growing value and holds a significant market share in the offroad sector.
Although they are very different products, the whole of the 2008 range features a re-design of the plastics – evident in all the bikes’ fenders and lights– that makes it more attractive, bringing it closer to the competition versions in all the models. It also features technical novelties (radiator, transmission and kickstart in the trial models; exhaust and shock absorbers in the enduro) aiming at keeping the leadership of the GAS GAS bikes, both in and outside competiton, with handling, reliability and light weight – 68 kg in the TXT, 92 kg in the EC or just 90 kg in the MC – as their main assets.
